If you would prefer to collect your items from your local store, it’s easy to do and there is no charge. Just add your items to the basket as normal and commence checkout.You will see the amount of stock in each store when you select your items.
When you get to the stage with delivery options as a drop-down menu, select the Click and Collect option for your local shop. If the item is in stock at that store it should be available for your collection an hour after you complete your order (within our normal trading hours for the shop).
If you want a larger quantity than is available at that shop we will transfer it over to the shop a process that will take no more than 5 working days, excluding weekends. So if you order on a Monday it will be available by the following Monday at the latest.
We usually beat this delivery target but occasionally need a little longer as stock may be coming from 2 sites.
We will email you as soon as your items arrive in your chosen Calliope shop so that you don’t have a wasted journey.
On collecting your items, please provide the order number and sign the release form at the shop when you get there.
